My complaint with this hotel lies in the small things, body wash bottle in the shower was completely empty, no sponge or dish towel in the kitchen, no laundry bag in the closet. Loud guests in the pool til well past midnight and I was on the 5th floor! With that said the room was clean, location is great with a couple food options walking distance. Pet friendly! Bed is soft for my person preference but I would stay here again.
Booked a room for the night of July 4th. I was able to check in and get a digital key through the app, which is a plus, in my opinion. I was assisted by Hope and Rona, who were both great hostesses, both patient, polite, and accommodating. They assigned a room, and upon entry, I noticed that the door needed an extra push to close, no problem. As I continued, I noticed some issues with the cleanliness of the room. I shared this with the ladies at the front desk, and they quickly found me another room. The second room had a similar issue with the door. However, it was a bit cleaner. I will add. I like the size, layout, and amenities offered by Home2. Upon checkout, I sent an email to Hilton detailing my concerns. They responded promptly to ensure my satisfaction, and I am pleased with the solution offered.
We were pleased with our stay. Family of 5 in a 2 queen bed suite. Our room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t hear noise from other rooms or outside. The breakfast options were vast and delicious! The staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely keep this on a list of places to stay on our way to/from visiting family. The area was well lit and felt very safe.
Its a nice place to stay and it was quiet and the room was beautiful in its decor. I liked the divider curtain for privacy. Staff were professional and courteous. It was a great nice stay there in Pearl Mississippi.
Comfortable, quiet and resourceful with Sam's across the street,Grubhub service, office center, workout center and laundry. Rooms are full kitchette. Free breakfast is a "real" breakfast with omelette, fried egg, paddy and link sausage, biscuits,rolls, ready waffle service, tea, coffee and juice. Several restaurants including ichibahn and Road House within a quarter mile.
Hotel is fantastic. Easy parking, safe, beautiful lobby, friendly staff. The room was so comfortable and modern. It was a great stay and we slept very well! Great location.
This location is close to shops and eateries. The room was very clean, the hotel overall was very clean. I did not have time to eat breakfast but it looked very good. The room was very comfortable with the classic soft and plush Hilton bedding. Would stay there again when in town.
Pet friendly hotel with decent amenities and a very comfy bed. Grateful to have this option for us and our furry family while traveling. Special shout out and THANK YOU to Latonia at the front desk who was very kind, welcoming, and make our check-in experience a breeze after a long day of travel. Her professionalism and compassion shined through!
